Layered in visual language and texture, this simplylife café outlet offers a cosy bar and laid-back atmosphere that becomes the utmost essential for business executives in this busy commercial hub of Quarry Bay. Offering both intimate salons and a casual bar lounge, the lounge area is furnished with a 5m long communal bar table and full-height back-lit beverage cabinet as a stunning backdrop. The design of the bar table is a twist of baker work table topped with Calacatta marble. Clusters of small tables are scattered around the bar space in a leisurely manner whereas the banquette seating alongside has a window overlooking the passage to a store, which has created an interesting space perception. At the open kitchen, the counter is wrapped with Calacatta marble giving a classic yet elegant accent. The visual entirety is enriched by warm-hued wood cladding: traditional European moulded panels in grey blue and full-height warm grey brick works, all carefully arranged to embellish this 13ft high interior space.
